Popular musician turned blogger, Tunde Ednut called on other celebrities eager to join Davido in posting their account details online.
In what appeared to be a play, Davido raised nearly 200 million Naira in 24 hours when he asked his friends and close associates to send him at least 1 million Naira to celebrate his upcoming 29th birthday.

Tunde shared an article about how Davido helped late cancer victim Debbie with N1 million in 2012 on his Instagram page.
The message says:
“David was the first celebrity to apply for Debbie’s crowdfunding and then he asked where we were and he came to Lute to meet us, he started in the hospital with us until about 5pm.
“Davido gave the late cancer victim #SaveDebbie N1m as early as 2012. I ask again. You posting your account details. Who are you epp?”
